DELIVERY POLICY


FREE UK Delivery

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery to all UK mainland addresses.

Orders are delivered using DPD or Royal Mail or EVRi, depending on the size, destination and nature of your order. Both services offer delivery throughout the week, including Saturday delivery where available.

Orders are normally processed as quickly as possible, with orders placed after 3 pm on Friday and throughout Saturday and Sunday being processed on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Our couriers are imposing a £9.99 surcharge for all deliveries to Northern Ireland; this will be added at checkout.

Apologies! We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.


We cannot stress the importance of accurate delivery information so that the couriers and we can fulfil our obligations. Couriers will not leave the parcel with anyone under the age of 18 and, if in doubt, will request some form of ID.

How do I track my order?

Delivery Times

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday, with Saturday delivery also available depending on the courier and service selected.

If you require a specific delivery date, timed delivery or any other special delivery service, please contact us at sales@disgro.co.uk before placing your order.

Important Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete so that we and our couriers can fulfil your order successfully.

Couriers will not leave parcels with anyone under the age of 18 and, if required, may request valid identification.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your delivery and see the current status of your parcel. Simply click the tracking link in your dispatch email, or enter your tracking number directly on the relevant courier's website.

If you miss a delivery or are unsure where your parcel is, you should be able to resolve this directly with the courier. However, if you experience any difficulties, our team is always happy to help.
